How can I cancel my DJOBI+ subscription and get a refund?

To cancel your DJOBI+ subscription, follow the steps below:

Go to the “Contact“.
Enter your information and check the box “Opt out of DJOBI+ benefits” at the bottom of the Categories tab.
Then click “Send the message“.

DJOBI+ members who have not used their benefits are eligible for a full refund up to 14 days after joining.
DJOBI+ members who have used their benefits are not eligible for any refunds after using those benefits.

How do I access the portal to manage my subscriptions?

To manage your subscriptions or view your billing history, follow the steps below:

Enter your email address to receive a confirmation code.
This allows us to verify your identity before each login.
If the email address you provided is currently associated with a DJOBI+ subscription, you will receive a code.
This will expire in 10 minutes.

Members of the association Gaming in Isère do not have access to the management portal unless they subscribe to the DJOBI+ package.

If a DJOBI+ Pack subscriber joins the association Gaming in Isère or, conversely, they will receive the full Comfort Package and will be able to enjoy it as soon as possible.
